On none of the rolls I have used up until now, were 36 frames, often only about 30. Many rolls were also very poorly prepared, meaning way too thick taping, resulting in the film getting stuck a lot. Twice I even had a roll unable to be rewinded due to the poorly done taping, which resulted in many images being lost. I hope to be compensated in some kind of way, otherwise I will not buy from this shop again and will recommend others to do so neither.

We have been preparing and selling our in-house film rolls for around two years, and this is the first time we receive this kind of feedback about several rolls getting stuck or being taped incorrectly. That said, we take it seriously.

Hand-rolled / repurposed film can sometimes have small variations in frame count, but the film should not get stuck or cause problems when rewinding. Please contact us by email with more details about the rolls, camera used, and what happened, and we’ll look into it properly.

If there was a preparation issue from our side, we’re open to finding a fair solution.
