1. 30-Day Return Policy (Physical Goods)

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products.

This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• It must be in its original packaging
• All tags, seals, and protective materials must be intact
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If your item is:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement, refund, or solution where appropriate.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or exposed film rolls
• Used or installed photographic materials
• Custom or personalized products
• Special orders
• Workshop tickets (unless canceled by us)
• Gift cards
• Digital products once delivered
• Film development and scanning services once processing has begun
• Sale items marked as non-refundable
• Hazardous materials or chemicals

Because film and lab services are sensitive and irreversible processes, once development or scanning has started, the service cannot be withdrawn or refunded.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is:
1. Request and complete a return (if eligible)
2. Place a new order separately

5. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
• The day you receive the goods
• Or, in the case of multiple goods, the day you receive the last item

Conditions:
• Items must be unused
• In original packaging
• With proof of purchase

Exceptions under EU law include:
• Development and scanning services once started
• Digital products after download
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether:
• The refund is approved
• Or the return does not meet eligibility requirements

If approved:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Within 10 business days
• Processing times depend on your bank or credit card provider

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

If a refund is issued, original shipping costs will not be refunded unless required by law.

8. Vintage & Used Equipment

Used cameras and lenses may show normal signs of wear.

If an item is described as:
• “Untested” → It is sold as-is
• “Used” → Minor cosmetic imperfections are not considered defects
