Partnership opportunities

More than a post. A shared direction.

Our collaborations grow through experimentation, learning and community. The format depends on the idea: sometimes it is a roll of film, sometimes a workshop, a campaign, an exhibition or a project that has never existed before.

01

Affiliate marketing

Recommend services and products you genuinely use and receive a transparent reward.

02

Gifting

Test selected film, services or creative tools and show the process in your own voice.

03

Discount codes

Give your community a useful reason to discover analogue photography with us.

04

Content creation

Create honest photographs, films and stories about the craft—not only the finished result.

05

Campaigns

Build focused releases and stories around film, laboratory work, workshops and community.

06

Additional opportunities

Bring us a strong idea. The best collaborations rarely fit inside a predefined box.

Why we collaborate

Film is more than content. It is culture.

Berlin Photo Studio is an independent analogue film lab and creative space in Berlin. We develop, scan and print film by hand, and we believe meaningful work grows through real relationships.

If you shoot film because it slows you down, changes how you look and connects you to something meaningful, we will probably understand each other.

Ways to build together

Bring the idea. We shape the format together.

01

Photography workshops

Teach a technique, a process or a way of seeing in an intimate studio setting.

02

Artist talks and reviews

Open a conversation around work in progress, finished projects or photographic practice.

03

Exhibitions and presentations

Give photographs a physical space and create a reason for people to meet around them.

04

Community events and photowalks

Turn photography into a shared experience across Berlin and beyond.

05

Creative brand collaborations

Connect a relevant product or story with photographers in a credible, useful way.

06

Educational programmes

Create learning formats for beginners, professionals, schools, organisations or teams.

07

Film photography projects

Develop, scan, print and present a project with the support of a working analogue lab.

08

Your own proposal

Simple conversations can become strong projects. Tell us what you want to make and why it matters.

How it works

From an idea to something real.

01 — Apply

Tell us who you are.

Share your practice, audience and the kind of collaboration you imagine. Specific ideas are welcome, but curiosity is enough to start.

02 — Align

We find the common ground.

We review every application and look at values, creative fit and what each side can genuinely contribute.

03 — Create

We build it together.

We agree on the format, responsibilities and timing, then turn the conversation into a real project.

Collaboration FAQ

Good to know before you apply.

Do I need a large social-media following?

No. We care more about alignment, consistency, photographic practice and a real relationship with your audience than the number beside your profile.

Who can collaborate with Berlin Photo Studio?

We welcome proposals from photographers, filmmakers, artists, educators, collectives, cultural organisations and creative brands connected to photography and visual culture.

Which collaboration formats are possible?

Affiliate partnerships, gifting, discount codes, content creation, campaigns, workshops, talks, exhibitions, photowalks, educational programmes and original project proposals.

How long does the application review take?

We normally review ambassador applications within 5–7 working days. More complex project proposals may need a longer conversation.

Can I propose a workshop or event?

Yes. Explain the idea, who it is for, what participants will learn or experience, and what you would need from the studio.
