ILFORD ILFOTEC DD-X Black & White Film Developer – 1 L

ILFORD ILFOTEC DD-X is a fine-grain liquid developer designed to make full use of film speed while producing negatives that are straightforward to scan or print. It delivers a broad tonal scale with detailed shadows, smooth midtones and controlled highlight separation.

• Fine-grain developer for black-and-white negative film
• Standard working dilution: 1+4 with water
• Used as a one-shot working solution
• Approximately 15 films per litre of concentrate under the manufacturer’s stated workflow
• Especially well matched to ILFORD DELTA films, including DELTA 3200

Using DD-X

Dilute the concentrate with water at 1+4 and use the development time, temperature and agitation recommended for your film and exposure index. Prepare only the working solution needed for the current session.
