Alien Film Vision3 50D is a cinematic daylight-balanced motion picture film repackaged for still photography in 120 medium format. Originally designed for professional cinema production, this film delivers extremely fine grain, exceptional sharpness, and vibrant color reproduction.

With its ISO 50 sensitivity, Vision3 50D performs best in bright daylight conditions, producing incredibly clean images with beautiful highlight roll-off and rich tonal depth.

Unlike many still photography films, this stock retains the remjet layer, which helps reduce halation and improve highlight control — a key feature of motion picture film.

Because of the remjet backing, this film must be processed using the ECN-2 development process.

In medium format, the large negative produces outstanding detail and cinematic color depth, making it perfect for landscapes, studio work, and fine art photography.
