A voucher is a prepaid service or value. A coupon unlocks a specific promotion when its conditions are met. The design may look playful, but the redemption rule is simple: the benefit is connected to the issued original, not to the image.
The exact process, quantity, expiry date and limitations written or marked by our team on the issued card always take priority over the sample shown online.

Vouchers and coupons lead to real moments: choosing film, dropping off a roll, receiving scans, learning a process or sharing photography with someone else.
They are not just discounts. They are small doors into the laboratory, the shop and the community around it.

Free Scan
One prepaid high-resolution scan for an eligible film roll. Film development is not included unless the issued voucher says otherwise.
In-store reward
Bring a Friend
Visit together and both receive 10% off eligible film rolls plus one extra stamp on each club card. Both people must be present.
Discount coupon
10% Discount
10% off one eligible purchase, subject to the minimum spend and conditions printed on the issued coupon. The live redemption code is never displayed on this page.
Bulk offer
30% Dev + Scan
30% off an eligible bulk purchase of ten or more prepaid Develop + Scan services. The issued campaign code and its dates decide eligibility.

A prepaid service for the process and scan format marked by our team—for example C-41, ECN-2, B&W, E-6 or Scala, with JPEG or TIFF scanning.
All designs shown above are protected website samples. The original clean print files are not available from this page.
Built against casual copying
The image is not the value.
A picture can be copied. A verified redemption record cannot. That is why we separate the public design from the private proof that makes a voucher valid.

Watermarked low-resolution previews
Only reduced, permanently marked samples are placed on the website. They are unsuitable as clean print files.

Original physical card
Physical vouchers must be presented in their original issued form. Screenshots and printed copies are refused.

Studio validation
A card becomes active after we add a unique voucher number, stamp, issue note or staff validation. This can be placed on the back of cards already printed.

Private single-use codes
Online coupons use a code supplied directly to the customer. Public previews hide the live code.

Cancelled after redemption
The physical card is collected or marked as used, while the digital code is disabled after its permitted use.
Voucher or coupon?
They open different doors.
Voucher
A prepaid service, fixed value or selected lab option. It can be given as a gift and used later within its validity period.
Examples: Only Develop, Free Scan and Develop + Scan.
Coupon
A promotional benefit activated only when its conditions are met. It may require a minimum spend, a friend, a quantity or a campaign code.
Examples: Bring a Friend, 10% Discount and 30% Dev + Scan.

Use the original card issued by our team or the private code delivered with the promotion.
Read the marked conditions
Check the process, scan option, quantity, minimum spend, expiry date and whether the offer is online or in store.
Present it before payment
Show the original at the counter or enter the verified code at checkout before completing the purchase.
We verify and close it
Our team checks the record, collects or marks the card, or disables the digital code after redemption.

Before you bring the card.
Can I print a voucher from this webpage?
No. Every image here is a sample with no redemption value. Home-printed copies, screenshots, photocopies and altered images are not accepted.
What makes a physical voucher valid?
The original issued card together with the studio validation added by our team, such as a unique number, stamp, issue note or staff mark. We may compare it with our internal redemption record.
Why are some coupon codes hidden?
A public code is like leaving a key in the door. Active codes are supplied privately and can be limited to one customer or one use.
Can I use a voucher online?
Only when the issued voucher includes an online redemption code or when our team converts it for a specific order. Physical service vouchers are generally presented in the studio.
Can I combine two offers?
Usually no. Combining is possible only when the issued conditions explicitly allow it or when our team confirms it before payment.
What happens to the voucher after use?
The card is collected, punched, stamped or recorded as redeemed. A digital code is disabled after its allowed number of uses.
Can I give a voucher to another person?
Most prepaid vouchers can be gifted unless a name or customer account is written on them. Promotional coupons may have campaign-specific restrictions.
What should I do if I am unsure which service is marked?
Bring the original card to Berlin Photo Studio or contact us before placing the order. We will verify the process and included options.
