Submit the Polaroids you made during an official PolaWalk. Three winners from each edition are selected for its collective fanzine.

Before sending
Simple rules for a shared publication.
Eligibility
You must have participated in an official PolaWalk.
Photographs
The images must have been made during that PolaWalk.
Quantity
You may submit as many photographs as you want.
Deadline
Submit within one month of the event date.
Files
Send the highest-resolution scans you have. JPEG or TIFF are accepted. Avoid screenshots and messaging-app copies when an original scan is available.
Filename
Use: Firstname-Lastname_EventDate_01, then increase the final number for each image.
Information
Include your full name, email, Instagram handle if desired, event date and a short optional note.

Send files or one working download link.
Attach or share a link
For large submissions, upload the files to a service such as Google Drive or WeTransfer and make sure access is enabled.
Identify the edition
Use the subject “PolaWalk Fanzine Submission” and include the event date and your contact details.
Selection
Three winners per edition.
Berlin Photo Studio selects three winners for the event fanzine. The strongest images are judged in relation to the event, its themes and the final publication—not only technical perfection.
Other eligible participants who submit receive a discount. The details are communicated after the open call closes.
Permission
You keep your photograph.
By submitting, you confirm that you made the photograph and give Berlin Photo Studio permission to reproduce it for the PolaWalk fanzine and to share it on the Berlin Photo Studio website, social media and related exhibitions.
You retain authorship. Include the name you want used for credit.

Can I submit phone photographs of my Polaroids?
A proper scan is strongly preferred because it gives the fanzine a better file. If you do not have one, contact Berlin Photo Studio about current Polaroid scanning options.
Can I submit photographs from more than one PolaWalk?
Yes. Identify each event clearly and respect the one-month deadline for each edition.
Can I edit the scan?
Basic corrections are acceptable, but the submitted file should still represent the original Polaroid. Avoid replacing major elements or turning it into a different image.
Will every submission appear in the fanzine?
No. Three winners are selected for each edition.
Will my photograph appear elsewhere?
Submitted photographs may also be used on the Berlin Photo Studio website, social media and in PolaWalk-related exhibitions.
