Orders for physical goods (film rolls, cameras, accessories, merchandise) are typically processed within:

During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Film Development & Scanning Services
If you purchase development and scanning services:
• Turnaround time begins once your film arrives at our lab.
• Current turnaround times are displayed on our website.
Estimated average processing times:
• Black & White: 3–5 business days
• C41 & ECN-2: 3–5 business days
• E6: 7–10 business days
• Scala Reversal: 2–3 weeks
These are estimates, not guarantees.
Film processing is done semi-manually and carefully — not through automated minilab systems.

For physical goods:
Risk transfers to the customer once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you send film to us for development:
• You are responsible for secure packaging
