Monochrome, made positive.
Specialised black & white reversal processing for luminous direct-positive transparencies with striking contrast and clarity.

working days

Not a standard black & white process.
Scala-style processing turns compatible black & white film into a direct positive transparency. The multi-stage workflow requires precise first development, bleaching, clearing, re-exposure, second development, fixing and washing.
Positive, not negative
The final film can be viewed directly as a monochrome transparency.
Dedicated chemistry
A complex reversal sequence creates the positive image.
Distinctive tonality
Expect luminous highlights, deep blacks and clear tonal separation.
