The Model 80 belongs to Polaroid’s early Highlander family of folding rollfilm cameras. Its metal-and-leatherette construction, bellows focusing and substantial industrial design capture the engineering language of 1950s instant photography and make it a compelling collector’s piece, display camera or historical prop.

Important film compatibility

This is an early Polaroid rollfilm camera, not a later Type 80 packfilm model. Its original instant rollfilm has been discontinued for decades. It does not accept modern Polaroid film or Type 80 peel-apart packs. The camera is offered as a collectible/display object unless professionally converted by the buyer.
