Just like Polaroid cameras from the ’80s and ’90s, our 600 film is particularly popular. It is most commonly purchased for vintage cameras, as each pack contains a small built-in battery. Got a new camera? No problem! The 600 film is also compatible with our i-Type models. Each pack includes 8 instant photos.
Film performance depends on temperature. Store the film in the fridge, but never freeze it. For best results, bring it to room temperature before use (around 13–28°C / 55–82°F). In cold conditions, keep your developing photos warm by placing them close to your body. On hot days, ensure they stay cool.
The more light in your shot, the better your photo will turn out. Instant film loves light, especially natural light. Always use the flash for indoor shots. We recommend using the flash in most situations, except in bright sunlight.
All photos appear blank at first. Since they are most sensitive during development, avoid bending or shaking them. Protect them from light and place them face down while they develop. Shield black & white photos from light for about 1 minute, and color film for about 6 minutes.
Inside your camera, behind the film door, you’ll find rollers. Since every photo passes over these rollers, make sure they stay clean. If they appear dirty, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth.
