Standard Film for Polaroid i-Type Cameras

Every camera needs the right film. The i-Type Film is specifically designed for Polaroid i-Type cameras and is optimized for the Polaroid OneStep 2. Unlike standard film for vintage cameras, this film does not contain a battery, making it a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly choice.

• Store refrigerated, use at room temperature

Storage & Temperature Guidelines:

Film performance is highly dependent on temperature. Store the film in the refrigerator, but never freeze it. Before use, allow it to reach room temperature (approximately 13–28°C / 55–82°F).

• In cold conditions, keep developing photos warm by placing them in a pocket close to your body.
• On hot days, ensure the film and photos remain cool.

Shoot with Light

Instant film performs best with plenty of light, especially natural light.

• Use the flash for all indoor shots.
• We recommend using flash in all conditions except bright sunlight.

Develop in the Dark

When first ejected, all photos appear blank. Since they are most sensitive during this time, follow these steps for best results:

• Do not shake or bend the photo.
• Protect it from light during development.
  • Black & white film: Shield from light for about 1 minute.
  • Color film: Shield from light for about 6 minutes.
• Place the photo face down while it develops.

Camera Care

Behind the film door of your camera, you’ll find rollers that help process each photo. To ensure consistent image quality, keep these rollers clean. If they appear dirty, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth.
